Yup, these are all sold out on the npc traders. And you probably know why these can be really useful. Anyone wants to buy one for 20k gold? I will accept a higher offer though.
Word of advice - trader sells them for ~2.5K.. 20K is an impossibly high markup, and with some patience, you're sure to get them (took me 30 mins, but I got all 4 sup monk runes from the trader).
