Strength of Attributes

I have read the FAQ and other articles linked from there and still come up a little confused. So I am asking the beta veterans here to try and gain a little insight.

I am think of a 10-10-10-5 build with a Ranger/Warrior build. Looking at Expertise, tactics and swords with the 5 on beastmastery. Herein lies my concern. I am wondering how well I can charm pets with just a 5 in beastmastery. I can not find any information that show how skills scale to the attribute level. So if someone could be so kind.

In the january beta i was able to tame a lot of high level beasts with just 1 beastmastery, but i believe the difficulty of charming got a lot higher in the last 2 beta's.

you are spreading yourself awfully thin also with nothing 10+
