Since this game is not character oriented, i mean that you can delete and restart a new character at anytime, what's gonna happens if someone is leader of a guild and he decide to restart a new character for some reason.
Is the guild going to be disbanded ? or can the leader designate a 'to be the next leader' character. it would be sad to disband a good guild just because u screwed your first char.
Also can a leader add his own other characters to the guild ? so he can choose what char to use for a certain PvP or GvG.
And how many characters are allowed to be in a guild ?
Are there an assistant system ? like character that are allowed to invite other characters or are allowed to take some action concerning the guild itself.
if there is such 'assistant' system what privilege have they ?
ty for your help,
or else i will have to find out myself tomorow

I had this experience, I deleted the original character that I made and it was the "leader" of our clan and I did not have the foresight to appoint a new one before hand. So the game automatically appointed a new leader, the second member that joined the Guild since I had not appointed officers yet.
Membership in the Guild IS tied to your account so one character in means ALL of your characters are in.
There are officers you appoint and they have some admin rights that would include the ability to invite another Character to join.
Beyond that not sure if the situation has changed since last Beta so good luck.

If the guild leader leaves, the leadership will be passed on to the next officer(dunno how they decide that though) if the leader didn't appoint any officers, the guild is disbanded.

It's not the leader's character but the leader's account that matters. As long as he doesn't remove himself from the guild, he'll be considered as leader no matter what character he plays.

ok ty very much,
but this means you cannot be in two different guilds. for example, make a PvP only char to be in a competitive guild only and RP char in another guild for the fun of playing with friends. It isn't much of a concern since probably everybody will be playing with friend either if it is a competive guild or a friendly one. it's just that it could have been a good idea not to bind the account to a guild but the char only

lol, most of the posts already answered the questions being asked. buuut, just FYI, when i deleted my toon that had started my guild, my other toon that had already been created turned into the guild leader, im going to guess that if you do remake a toon when your the leader of your guild, and you have no other toons, then it goes and give someone else leadership. so ya,... if your a leader of a guild and feel the need to remake, make sure you have more then 1 toon on the account to keep leadership of the guild. other then that... seems to me every toon a guild leader makes is considered as the guild leader.
