Strange BUG

this is what recently happened to me......when i entered the game with my Lookman Rux character i found out that i lost ALL my money,items and equiped items ......
this is what i got from NC Interactive Support:

I had one item disappear once but it was a stupid staff nothing big so I just thought its a bug and left it alone never happened again
