Elite Skill Change

Dwarven Battle Stance Elite Skill
For 3-9 seconds, if they hit, your hammer attacks interrupt your target. Dwarven Battle Stance ends if you use a skill.

Now I feel like this skill should be used under the Attribute for Hammer Mastery, and not Strength? I read on the website this used Stength, and I do not understand why it is, considering it is mainly for Hammer attacks. If you reject this, please tell me why it is using the Attribute "Strenght" and not Hammer mastery, or if where I read this information is wrong, please just let me know by saying it is Hammer mastery, and I will delete this post.

Edited: I asked this on the Question Forum as well, and someone stated it was a "stance" skill it was strength, but I still feel that it should be for Hammer Mastery because it is mainly, and specifically for Hammers, and nothing else.

Personally, i think it was a good move putting it in strength, because you need to put a lot in Str to max it out. As a PvP warrior, i normally don't have Str at more than 9. If it was in hammer mastery, i think it would be a little overpowered, because hammer warriors will put all their points in hammer mastery anyway.
