Elementalist's Master's Set?

This page mentions an Elementarist's Armor with 50 Armor and 24 Elementary Armor:

I don't find any other information about that armor, so I wonder if it actually exists. Can anyone confirm that it exists and tell me where to get it?

I believe it was removed for the retail version.

That article is extremely old, and many of the armors in it have since been altered or removed entirely from the game.
