www.multiplayer.it says to refer to halifax, halifax says to refer to NC Soft, IMO u r not serious at all.
Your official site gives some links to preorder and get the stuff, when u talk to them, they don't know nothing. Is this a joke? U have my money, I don't have nothing.

unless you ordered a PREORDER BOX you only reserved a retail copy anyway

In Italy was/it's different there is not a "preorder box" simply u order retail and get by mail "preorder key"
