i think your confused...
+15% while enchanted is a mod that comes with your weapon.
it's not a mod you can add to your weapon.

And HP mods are only on pommels. Meaning, everything you asked for is nonexistant.

yea. 15% in stance and 15% while enchanted and 15%hp^50% is bonus of the weapons. it can not be added on or changed out dude.
