Hi, I'm sorry if the answer to these questions are posted somewhere, I did much searching and couldnt find a specific answer.

Is it possible to challenge another gulid and set up an x vs x match?
Do guilds get their own house/hall?
If no to the last question, is there an area guilds can meet other than common towns where everyone is?

Thanks for any information.

Yes, you can challenge other guilds to battles and yes, get a free guild hall when you create a guild.

When challenging other guilds do you get to pre-determin the group size?

Like, can you do a guild vs guild 1 on 1, or 2 on 2, or 3 on 5?

I'm not really sure of that. I know the max size is 8v8, but I'm not sure if you're required to have 8 people or if you're allowed to have less.

The minimum allowed in a GvG battle is 5. Otherwise it won't let you start the battle.

But as anyone would say here that you really have to take 8 people, otherwise you will end up being seriously outpowered.

From what I am aware it is mainly 8v8, but unsure if they are implementing smaller matches between guilds.

Would'nt you be able to have like a whole Guild fight? What I mean is, are we not going to be able to have all members of a Guild fight all members of another guild? Oh, another question. Can you go around with a group of players, and randomly attack other players? This may have been asked and answered already, but i'm new, therfore I have not looked at all the posts and topics yet.

Well I'm not sure on the matter if they will increase the Guild fight limit, but don't be surprised if they don't. The fact is that Guild Wars is based on tactical play, and not on superior numbers, or in uniquely rare items to make you the best. By increasing the numbers you slowly start to unbalance skills, by making some too powerful and some underpowered.

And there is no region at this time where you just enter and kill people. Towns are strictly no combat, and you can only PvP in certain areas. You have 3 pvp areas, namely Arena, Tombs of the Primeval Kings and Guild Hall for guild battles.

So basically, there are limits to what and where you are fighting. I think I pretty much understand the sequence. Once you log in, create a character, and your ready to play, will you see other players running around you?

only in cites camps meeting areas

if on a quest or exploring you will have no extra live people running across your area

at no time will anybody be able to just come up to you and grab your equipment or kill you

they worked hard to stop the grief players
