warrior hammer problems

for some reason, my warrior seems to have problems with hammer skills, every time i use a skill, it would have a casting time of sorts, like 2 seconds before the skill activates, but it only seems to affect my warrior. It creates problems like, my skills can be easily interrupted by distracting shot. What can i do about this???

Hammers are generally slow, and the damage makes up for that. So it could just be that.

Yep, what he said. Swords and axes take 1.33 seconds a swing, hammers take 1.75 seconds. There isn't a really good way around it.

its a skill charge, literally, some pvp ranger was able to use distracting shot on backbreaker....

Is your hammer warrior a female? There are delays in the female hammer warrior's animations that makes them seem slow, and, appearantly, they are bugged in that certain skills can't be chained as well as the male hammer warriors can.
