1.) relatively low req. ; nice energy bonus, and quite a health bonus, since mesmers can be almost always hexed.
2.) scroll has higher req. (and i dont know how many people use earth magic
) but bonus is very useful and it has nice amount of energy.3.)firstly i thought this staff ain't no good, but then i realised it gives you nice amount of energy, almost maximum dmg. output, health and armor; since % is too small.
