I usually don't play PvP but yesterday, I was playing in the LA PvP arena (European Dist). I happened to be in a pretty good group. We got 12 consecutive victories and somewhere along the line we ended up in Droknar's arena in the German Dist. This was quite surpising because I have never been to Droknars before (BTW the damn Arena Guard wouldn't let me into Droknar town...rats)
Question: What happened? How did I get there? Why was I put in a German language server?
I would sure be grateful if someone could answer my questions.

After 10 consecutive wins, you start facing Droknar teams to keep one team from dominating the random groups and to also give a stronger challenge to a team that's kicking ass.

Is there also a similar system in Droknar's after 10 consecutive wins with a team of your choosing?
