And you'd need to go to international ToA to get there?

Is it exclusive?

Do you get something special out there, that you can't get through home district?

It's just like any other area.

The international district just makes it possible for say americans and europeans PVE-ing there together.

It's also alot more quieter than the home districts.

in case someone knows someone in the european districts and they want to pve outside of temple of ages. they just have those districts so you can see people from other areas.
