can u guys look at this sword tell me what u think

ok heres what i got

shocking flamberge of swordmanship
15-22 lightning damage
damage +20% while health is below 50%
swordsmanship +1 20% chance

can u guys tell me what that sword is worth and are the bottom two upgrades perfect??

ok and also i have

a chaos axe clean req. 11 bought it for 400g is that worth puttin upgrades on or would i be better of just getting rid of it.
