55/105 Monks
Shwitz
I searched the strategy and builds directories for 55/105 and couldn't find a description. What exactly is the premise of a 55/105 Monk build? I've heard it mentioned several times but I don't know the specifics of the build.

A 105 monk build, is analogous to invinci-build, against melee. At level 20, monks throw on 5 superior runes that knocks their health to 105. Then they run Protective Bond which in turn makes enemies hit for 5 damage. Some use a staff that has a certain percentage that it will increase your protective skills by one, making your Protection spells 17, and in turn, it knocks down the side effect of the Protective Bond, of losing 2 energy per hit, to 1 energy per hit. With Balthazars spirit and Essence bond, your energy doesn't drop.
Throw on Zealot's Fire, Balthazar's Aura, and a few other smiting skills, and spammable heals, you can deal a lot of damage, on your own, against large groups of enemies.
It's a farming build.

yeah... u use 5 sup runes... ( smiting/healing/protection/divinefavor/*then w/e u want... i use another healing* )
u can then use a Focus Item u get from the Cities of Ascalon Quest that gives -50 HP and that makes ur health do down even further.. to 55
using a Protective Icon from either outside of LA or Bloodstone... ( the prot icon gives +1 to Protection Prayers (20% chance) .. u can then cast a lvl 17 prot bond which will make u lose 1 ene.. instead of the lvl 16 cast which is 2 ene
