If you have a standard retail version of the game, the access key inside your jewel CD case will only allow you to play after 12:00 am 4/28, so in about 8.5 hours. That's PST, though, so 3:01 am for you east-coasters, etc.
If you pre-ordered the game, you may actually have a standard retail version anyway. There are specific pre-order boxes that some people ordered that allowed them to play today. I am not sure on the specifics - I hear from some people it cost 10 dollars - but for must of us we have to wait until midnight.
I also have heard that having a beta key will allow you to play today, however I cannot confirm this since I have long since lost my beta key.
