Max Damage + Low Requirements

What's the lowest requirement you can have with a max damage weapon? I see people asking to buy max dam/low req weapons all the time and I'd like an idea of what they mean by 'low'.

I found a max longbow with 8 requirement today, which is quite a bit lower than the usual requirement but not sure if it qualifies as 'low'.

For people that play main plus hybrids of Warriors and Rangers like say E/W or M/R or M/W or R/W etc. etc. it helps not to have to sink very many points into their 2ndary profession weapon. Like I'm a W/Mo and I found a Healing Ankh with +11 Energy and +5 Armor that only requires 5 healing prayers. So, now I can sink more attribute points the higher ones into more warrior attributes as opposed to healing attributes and still gain the +11 Energy and +5 Armor from this item with only 5pts into Healing prayers. So, the lower the requirement for a max dmg weapon the better for many out there for there 2ndary profession. 5 would be awesome. Best I've found though like in a bow was 13-26 +14% >50 armor +5 fiery bow of defense that required 5 marksmanship for my ranger. That would be a great 2ndary weapon for someone playing another primary main besides a ranger.

hes talking about max dmg weap, the lowest i saw on a max dmg weap is 7

Monk, do you remember if that was a white weapon, or was it purple or some other color? The max longbow with 8 req I listed above was purple, the purple bonus being that combo of max damage with that low level requirement.
