very nice, very nice indeed
for rangers the best penalty is (arguably) -10 AL attacking considering you do have range and all those defensive skills IE whirling defense and stuff.
ON the sell forum i saw a req 11 +15 always -10 AL attacking with no mods of greatness selling for C/O 150k ( I think )
so i'd pc this at probably 150-190k not perf dmg but lower req and the 10/9 sundering on it. the demand really is for the perfect mods nowadays (15% i mean)
