New Zealand EB Games preorder not a preorder?

I preordered Guildwars from EBgames in Dunedin New Zealand 2 weeks ago and went to pick it up this morning (28th) got home and installed.. bugger.. not only authorized for the 12:01pm 28th PST.

I thought ALL preorders were ment to have the early access code?

I am guessing New Zealand didnt get the 'pre-order' pack instead we all preordered the retail version..

guess NZ will have to wait untill 4pm today until they can play which sucks for me cause I start work at 3pm.

From what I recal, I may be wrong, but you need to get a pre-order box for you to be able to play early

I got a question too. I got the pre-order box but where do I go to get all of the offers? (Ingame item, reserve chars name) Do I need to wait till tommorow (When I get the full game)?
