PC: Gold Aegis Armor 16 HP +44 Ench Fire Magic+1 15% Req 10

Picked this shield today, and was trying to figure out a value for it. My thinking is, even without the fire magic mod, +44 is pretty nice, and a decent req. Thanks in advance for responses.

*GOLD Aegis*
Armor 16 (req. 10 tactics)
Fire Magic +1 (15% Chance While Using Skills)
Health +44 (While Enchanted)

well if you treat that shield jsut as the shield, no +1 Fire magic mod probably could get 50-80k for that shield since its 1 off perf HP, decent req, and a nice look.

HOWEVER

W/E? anyone? a conjure warrior ele who uses fire magic spells (granted not many fire W/e's use anything but conjure due to the warrior's lack of energy) but say you found a nuking W/E with Conjure or some other build who happened to be rich. He wouldnt have a problem running that +44HP enchanted considering conjure is an enchant. He might pay more for that but the odds of finding someone like that is pretty rare so....in the end my pc is
