Is this any good? from what i've seen so far it's pretty effective. maxed it can do around 160 damage to a foe who's health is above 50%. dunno...any comments?

Not nearly that much. At 18 Blood, it does 110 damage when theyre above 50% health. But its not a bad skill at all, always have it on me in PvE.

Remember, though, that 110 damage is pure damage that isn't stopped by armour. So if you cast it at a warrior in full armour it does maximum damage. It also heals you for 55 health too as a bonus. Major drawback is a longish casting time, but it's very effective as an opening salvo blow.

Yes, its the quest you get from The untertaker in Piken Sqaure.

"Casualty Report"

mixed with dark pact, vampiric gaze, and vampiric touch (if they are right on you) you can spike an enemies health down pretty quick from a good distance.
