Is this because I have a retail copy, or should I be able to install at least.

Basicly, I run Setup, and I hit Install GuildWars, and then a bar goes across the connect to ArenaNet SplashScreen.

It gets stuck 3/4 the way through.

It is because this is a retail copy and the server is not up yet?
There is an immense amount of folks installing?

Any ideas?

Finaly got past that problem only to be stuck at the arenanet loading screen??

Yes, if you have the full retail version, you have to wait until 12:01am PT (April 28th) to play...

even to install? my guild wars folder is only like 36mb right now...
