Copperhammer Mines - Granite Citadel 55hp Mo/W Run

I was trying to run there with my monk few times but failed. All of those imps are not dangerous, golems neither. Problems re starting in the marked area (on the pic). On the way no 1 the re some golem champions but i can run thru them so they re following me and together we re reaching the second monster camp (there is one boss and lots of other bastards- golems etc in here). Crippling attack, knock downs, im trying do defend myself with bonettis but im dying kinda fast and cant even run thru them. Tryied to use defensive and balance stance but none of them help. The second way i found (2) is even more difficult becouse of many casters (casters + 55hp monk = game over) so i wont even try to run there again. I know its possible to run to citadel alone with my monk. All i need is some tips if there re some Don't use bonettis use balance stance when moving and you can use sprint for short period so use those aswell as some smiting.
