its in post searing... found it from a armor guy... not worth it though, for 3 more cloth i got a better robe

Still in pre-searing I have all but the jacket, so I just dyed my apprentices' one silver, now it looks really cool

in ascalon city, merchants square, kinda hard to miss, first town you go in when you get post searing
