WTB undead slaying axe and upgrade

This is what I am looking for.
Looking for Max dmg axe
Most have 15% dmg either from health above 50% or -10 to energy.
Most have 15% dmg or more vs. undead. Would like to have +25 or more to health.
If it has a elemental upgrade on it all the better.

I am not looking for sundering, furious, zealous or vampiric on this weapon.

I don't care if it is blue, purple or gold nor do I care what the reqs are. My axe skill is maxed, as it should be.
Also looking for axe upgade. 15% or more vs. undead.
If you have a axe that fits what I am looking for please post.
