No elemental hilt, but the +13% dmg in stance and +18% enchantment duration should make up for that.

I'd personally just try and salvage the pommel.

Sure it's a flamberge, but I could get a collector's sword with 15% in stance and only 9 required.

Unless you can find someone who adores flamberges I'd just salvage.
