problly 10-20k im not sure never been a mesmer and dont know if they use domination magic that high

no the staff is not worth for damage

is worth because have 2 perfect bonus usefull to all class even if they no meet the req

but i dont know how it worth

Yea any 10/9 faster is extremely nice, probly should have sold it for more. But hey u got 70k and thats always good.
