Two sets of Ascetic's Desings (tattoos)

Droknar crafter sells two separate sets of ascetic's desings for monks. They have same name, same attributes, same bonuses and all, but the icons are different. Does this mean that they look different when put on? And if yes, is there any pictures available for showing this differense.

yes one is dragon and other is stars. (think thats what ppl call it) hehe

I got the star design, because I actually do have a real-life tattoo that looks like part of it.

Yes, they do look different. Ones a dragon, the other is a star pattern. If you go to granite citadel, there is a third set for 8k a piece, I like those
