I have two other lvl 20 char's infused and I thought it was done on a mission called Seeking the Seer. While I "had" that mission but now it's gone. I don't remember if i beat it or not or if it simply disappeared off my list, but I am not infused.
If anyone could please give me detailed info on how and where to get infused that would be nice, because ppl online call me a noobtard when I ask. Any help is appreciated like where to start, where to go and whatnot.

You can get infused in the mission Iron Mines of Moladune. That's what I did again with my new armor. Don't know though if you can infuse yourself somewhere else too?

You can get infused in quite a few places. Namely wherever there is a Seer. The places that come to mind are The Iron Mines of Moladune mission, the cave near the end of the Mineral Springs area, and I remember seeing a few Seers in the later Ring of Fire mission.

Quick question, from what I've read, it seems armor is infused. So if you change, you have to go get it infused again? What if the quest is already done, and doesn't show up on your list?

If you're planning on going anywhere where there will be Mursaat, you'll need to get any non-infused armor infused.
Most of the spots listed for armor infusion aren't quests - one is just a location (Mineral Springs) and the others are all missions. The quickest way is usually just to do an infusion run at the Iron Mines; run past all the baddies until you get to the Seer (any party members that die on the way will be rezzed at the cutscene) and then do a tiny bit of fighting to get the boss with the spectral essence and carry it back to the Seer. There is almost always a group just doing the infusion run, not the mission, at Iron Mines. It's really quite trivial.

Yes. In fact I get different armor infused for different Attributes/Runes that I need to use. As a Monk I can go heavy into healing, or have a balance armor set, more smitting, and so on. I am now working on getting the 15K armor. Same stats as the 1.5K, but of course I want my guy to have different outfits. Sometimes I need a more Formal Wear when going out and killing stuff.
