Staff and mods PC

insightfull staff head 5+
I don't know for sure if there are any insightfull staff heads that give more than 5 energy out there. If there are, I will buy it.

staff wrapping of protection prayers (20%)
I know these exist but I have not found one with a 20% chance yet.
I will buy these too.

holy staff (max dmg + energy)
I don't know if it's possible but I want to buy a holy staff (with prot or divine reqs if possible) with no mods and a "protection prayers +1(20% chance while using skills)" on it (once again I note with NO mods) I doubt these exist because they would be awesome when combind with the previously noted staff wrappings but I have to try!

I got a reply on another GW forum but I don't think he understood what I meant about the staff. Instead of the staff being 20/20 and having that ( imo ) crappy casting time improved (20% chance) and recharge rates improved (20% chance) I want a protection prayers +1(20% chance)

I still doubt these exist at all and if anyone could direct me to a list of what type of staves DO exist I would appreciate that.
