the person i suppose to find is on top of a montain which i cant get to, i try the statue but it doenst work..........anyone know how im suppose to reach him???

theres a quest and mission help forum lower down the page. As for your question, its the one where you have to find the forgotton dude in the salt flats for 15 attribute points right? Just start at dunes of despair and follow the arrow 
When you get to the salt flats, you will see that he is on the rock. To get up there, simply go to the north part of the rock and you can see where the bridge is.

The fallen statue is the way to go.
I don't think there's another statue, but the one you need is a broken statue at the end of a stone-paved area with some pilars and stuff. It does not look like you can cross it, but just go at it and you'll be surprised.
