Divine Aura Missing Please Help!

Hi we pre ordered Guild Wars CE.
After we installed it and played, I was wondering how come
I didnt get any Divine aura?
What should I do? I tried to send an e-mail to guildwars.com
But all i get is an Auto-Response
How can i talk to them personally?

Have you tried using any emotes? The Divine Aura shows up when you use them.
