After playing with this a bit... I would like to label it... the 2nd natural signet... This skill... is just bad... as bad as it look.

I would truly admire whoever able to make this skill worth to have inside your skill bar.

I think this skill needs to be nerfed. I was out in the Frozen Forest with my level 3 Elementalist today and a mind freeze instantly killed me. Way too powerful man.
