Well, I just started the game. I got a Butterfly Sword of Fortitude, salvaged it, and got that pommel. I sold it for 2.5k. Is that ripoff or a good price?

Depends on how much health it gave. +30 is perfect. I believe prices begin to get high after +25.

Anyways, you might try asking this question in the trading area of the forum.
