the extremely high req and "while hexed" does this shield no favours. I'd say 50k to 70k because of its "-2 while enchant"

I honestly wouldnt even pay 10k for it!! no one wants to be hexed...and you have to wait for a hexing to get the hp...eh....oh well sorry!!
