What do you use Faction Points for?

My friend and I have been doing some PvP for the last day or so (just got the game), using the pre-made level 20 characters, and we've racked up some Faction Points. How/Where do you spend these (when you mouse over them, it says you visit someone and spend them, but it's vague)?

U can visit priests of balthazar in major cities to unlock certain things for your pvp characters. To use your faction points you need to use a PvE character.
