Selling Guild with hall

I saw a guy in game trying to sell his guild so i stopped him and told him i'd help him with it.

Sadly I don't have any real details, being a no0b to the game i didn't know to find out which hall it was, and i didn't get the name or [name] of the guild. I am however supposed to meet him online at 9pm tonight . . . what time zone? good question... (yeah this is pretty amateur stuff.)

Point is, he doesn't want the responsibility (?) of running a guild and just wants to drop the whole thing. If you want to check it out, no obligation (hehe) go to Lions Arch dist 8 at 9pm EST and msg Sesi Januzzi (me) and we'll see what we can work out.
