Above 50% health isn't always.

I have a req 8 Max Fellblade with 15% always and -5 energy (3:1 vamp +30 fort). I know it is not exactly what you need, and I am in no hurry to sell it, but if it is of interest to you, we can talk about a price for such an exceptional sword.
