I just need a little recommendation for a class/profession. I just got this game so I can't play it until midnight tonight, and was just wondering what I should be when I can play it.
I am really into the armor and swords and slashing / hacking whatever, but I really enjoy casting spells and such.

The great thing about this game is you can have two professions so that you can both hit things with a sword AND cast spells!
All the professions are balanced, so if you can't make up your mind, just number them all thusly:
1 Warrior
2 Ranger
3 Elementalist
4 Monk
5 Mesmer
6 Necromancer
and then roll two dice and take the professions that correspond to the numbers you rolled.

Oh that's cool! I think I will be a warrior / monk or a warrior / elementalist then if I can have two professions. That's awesome
