Just so it is clear, the stats are as follows:
earth dmg 15-28(req 12 marksmanship)
dmg +13% while health is above 50%
marksmanship +1 15% chance while using skills

Also any visitors who know a price check on this would be appreciated-please state clearly though that it is a price check, not a bid.
