i already did this quest @ beta.

but now i seem to have not triggered it yet. (and im almost done pre-sear)
( i also have the 3 needed items to complete it atm. )
can anyone tell me specifically when the quest can be triggered. ive done all the skill ones and maybe 2 more left for the extra quests and Prince Osiric still isnt triggered for this quest...hmmm.

*and i did wait for prince rurik and osiric to talk, but nothing happened...if thats the trigger i guess ill wait longer.

Immediately after walking out of Ascalon city, turn right and walk over to Captain Osric. If Prince Rurik is standing there, wait for them to have their conversation. After they're done talking Osric will have the ! above his head for the quest.
