1. Does a weapon damage mod with (while enchanted) mean that I get the damage bonus when I turn on some enchantments on me, like mending ?

2. Does a piece of knights armor set apply the "-dmg received" options globally or per 1 piece ? I mean, I need 1 knights armor piece to get the bonus, right?

Thanks for Your answers already now.

1. Yes.
2. 1 piece of Knight's armor reduces as much damage as 5 pieces.

Btw I have 1 more question.. About mesmer armor..

Are the Rogue +15AL when attacking and other +10 while casting etc. global (do i need 1 piece of armor to get the full effect) ?

I don't know for sure, but would presume that they are armor bonuses to that piece only. The ascalon armor is different, since it's not an actual armor class bonus to that piece, but a damage reduction that acts more like an absorption rune. You may want to run a search, because though the Ascalon armor has been long reported to give a global bonus when wearing only one piece, I seem to recall reading a thread within the last few weeks or so that stated this was a bug that had been fixed... I don't have the exact link, or know if it was bogus info or not. Just seem to recall coming across a recent discussion about it at one point. Anyway, look for it, or maybe someone who knows for sure will post here.

Btw, if you haven't read this guide yet, you might appreciate it...
