Ok, I've been farming ectos for forever and now its time to spend them.
I want ANY STAFF that has:
+10 Energy
10% skill rechargeALL SKILLs
10% fast cast on ALL SKILLs
max dmg would be good but is not necessary.
I just need this to complete my elementalist.
