Can a PvP only character use their skill points?

I think the title say it all. I have a PvP char which finally earned her first skill point. Is there anywhere she can redeem it?

I dont think PvP characters can use thier skill points, as the only place to use them is at skill trainers, and I dont believe there are any in any Arenas.
