I see this as a salvage item. It is a plain req 9 storm bow with 5/1 vamp and an average fort. mod. I would pay 8-10K for the chance to salvage the string.

If I was a new player who really wanted a storm bow with a vamp string I would pay the price of a 5/1 vamp string (50-80K)
