QuickShot Boss?

ive rezoned like 50 times and still haven't seen him according to this map anyone know if this is incorrect? or he just has a very low % of spawning

its hard to find him, it spawns 50% of the time, and wanders around in circles around the map. get someone to run search for him before you start clearing mobs

Just follow the path it states and you'll catch up to him, all you have to do is follow the spirits.

yeah i do it with henchies i just get running skills and look before i kill but ill try following
