WTB Staff's with Recharge Bonuses (Monk + Elem)

Ok heres what i need

A Max damage Monk staff with a 10% recharge bonus on all skills thats all it needs really skill speed is almost useless for a monk. I already have a purple 7% version of this staff but i want a 10%

Ideal staff = 11-22 damage - divine favor requirement 9-12 - +10 energy - 10% recharge bonus on all skills

[I found and bought the earth/smiting staff i wanted no longer need this one]

Im also intrested in Staff wraps of enchanting and Sword Pommels of enchanting as long as they are 17%+

Post or PM me what you have i got more than enough money to pay for even the best staff.

Thanks dansamy but i believe its casting speed and thats the key speed isnt necessary for a monk most of the spells are fast casting anyway its recharge that is important at least to me.

There's one for sale in the Sell forum. I just saw it, but it had a 2nd Domination mod, too. The rest of it sounds almost perfect though.
