u get them from the cities of ascalon quest.<i personally think its ridiclous that people r selling those for around 20k. lol> simon the scribe gives the quest. he is sorta where tydus is heading towards the northern wall mission. once u get to the top of the stairs turn left. u should see him.

I got one ...and yes you do get it from that quest i hate ppl who sell for ridiclous prices also so shoot me a reasonable one..not some stupid one..just not some ummm STUPID high one im set at either
