Buying A Max Damage Hammer

GOLD AND UPGRADES (haft and grip) ARE NOT REQUIRED but i will still buy if the hammer has them.

i am looking for a hammer that has a bonus of +__% while health is above 50 or below 50 or gives me a lower maximum energy.

so that is a max damage hammer that has one of these bonuses:

increases damage by +__% while health is above 50%
increases damage by +__% while health is below 50%
increases damage by +__% but gives you -__ maximum energy


the percentages need to be quite high but not max (11,12% maybe 13,14,15% are all good)
