PC: Max damage gladius... req 7?

I always thought max damage weapons had a minimum requirement of 8. Hoping this is worth a lot:

Crippling Gladius of Defense
15-22, Required 7 Swordsmanship
Damage +14% while in stance
Lengthens cripple duration of foes
+5 Armor

If anyone could provide me with:

1) Price as is
2) Price if it was 3:1 Vampiric

I would greatly appreciate it.

1. nice low req, but damn +14 in STANCE
ONLY because of the req id put this at like 50k maybe

2. dont put a 3/1 vamp on it

Perfect sword for myself (except already have 14% in stance and the graphic I want).
